Notice for WSU Program Additional Round Applicants


Dear Applicants,

Thank you for your interest in the WSU Program at the University of Ulsan.

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the visa application process for those applying through the additional admission round.

Due to the limited time before the start of the fall semester, students may not be able to obtain their visa on time if applying individually. Therefore, the University of Ulsan will assist by directly applying for your electronic visa, provided that you submit the required documents and complete the following payments:


Required Payment 


  • Application Fee: 100,000 KRW
  • Visa Processing Fee: 110,000 KRW
  • Total: 210,000 KRW


If you have already paid the application fee, please pay only the visa processing fee.

Important Notes


  • The visa processing fee is an estimated cost and any remaining balance will be refunded.
  • If you are not accepted after the interview, the full visa processing fee (110,000 KRW) will be refunded.
    (The application fee is non-refundable.)
  • If your visa is denied after final admission, the visa fee cannot be refunded.
  • Please make the payment under your full name as written in your passport.
